About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Project Manager to join the Acquisition team and support hiring delivery across a wide range of domains and workflows.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong recruitment background who also brings project management skills. You will manage recruitment pipelines end-to-end, conduct candidate interviews, build and improve hiring processes, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery across multiple active requests.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, switching between different role types, and operating with a high level of autonomy. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and confident enough to make day-to-day decisions independently while keeping projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment pipelines end-to-end across multiple domains and hiring requests

• Conduct candidate interviews across different role types, sometimes at scale and with shifting priorities

• Build recruitment pipelines from scratch independently and ensure they are set up for efficiency and consistency

• Drive hiring processes forward by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and following up to ensure timely execution

• Support high-volume hiring needs when required, including fast ramp-ups for urgent projects

• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing approaches, job descriptions, hiring workflows, and candidate attraction strategies

• Use automation and process standardization to improve scalability where appropriate

• Monitor pipeline progress, flag bottlenecks, and make practical decisions to keep delivery on track

• Contribute ideas for improving funnel quality, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes

• Adapt quickly to new domains and projects as business needs evolve

Nice to have:

• Experience hiring across varied domains

• Familiarity with recruitment automation and funnel design

• Experience with tools such as Workable, Slack, Jira, Databricks, or similar

• Ability to spot opportunities to improve job descriptions, sourcing channels, and pipeline performance
