What You'll Own

Pipeline Management & Participant Experience

• Design and execute end-to-end participant journeys from recruitment through final payout

• Build scalable processes to consistently hit weekly throughput targets across 3-5 active projects

• Create seamless onboarding experiences that maximize participant completion rates

Process Optimization & Automation

• Identify repetitive tasks and implement systems to streamline operations

• Build tracking and monitoring systems that give stakeholders real-time project visibility

• Design workflows that minimize manual touchpoints while maintaining quality control

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Develop sampling strategies and quality control checkpoints to maintain 95%+ acceptance rates

• Ensure bulletproof compliance with consent protocols and data handling requirements

• Implement rapid feedback loops to minimize re-work and optimize participant experience

Operations Excellence

• Provide lightning-fast technical support (sub-12 hour response time) across multiple channels

• Generate actionable weekly reports with clear recommendations for process improvements

• Identify bottlenecks before they impact delivery and proactively implement solutions
