Are you passionate about cutting-edge automation in the world of 4G/5G networks? We are looking for an Automation Tech Lead to drive our end-to-end CI and automation activities, optimizing testing frameworks for next-generation wireless communication systems. What You’ll Do::
• Lead end-to-end CI and automation activities for 4G/5G systems.
• Define, develop, and automate test cases for 4G/5G technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize automation frameworks and testing strategies.

Who You Are & What You Need to Have::
• Experience in complex communication or multidisciplinary systems, including testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of RF, RSRP, SNR, dB, and dBm concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, network topologies).
• Proficiency in Python, pytest, and shell scripting for automation.
• Experience in operating, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
• A systematic problem-solving approach, with a strong sense of ownership and drive.
• Ability to effectively communicate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.

Education::
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with a focus on wireless communication.

Nice to Have::
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and automation tools.
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and cloud-native deployments.
• Knowledge of cellular networks (4G/5G) is a significant advantage.
• Experience with TM500 UE simulator.
