About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to join our team on a part-time basis (up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility based on business demand). In this role, you will own the configuration, development, and continuous improvement of our Zoho One ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Desk, Analytics, Creator, and more.

This is a hands-on technical role that requires someone comfortable working independently, making smart decisions without heavy oversight, and translating business needs into practical Zoho solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Zoho Platform Administration & Development
• Own and manage the configuration of Zoho One including CRM, Desk, Creator, and Analytics
• Build and maintain custom applications in Zoho using Deluge scripting
• Design and automate workflows, blueprints, and approval processes across Zoho products
• Create and maintain custom functions, modules, and fields across Zoho platforms
• Develop reports and dashboards in Zoho platforms to support business decision-making

Integrations & Data Management
• Build and maintain integrations between Zoho and third-party tools
• Use Zoho Flow, custom APIs, or middleware solutions to connect systems reliably
• Ensure data integrity across platforms and clean up bad data, fix broken workflows, and prevent future issues
• Document all integrations, data flows, and custom logic clearly

Ongoing Support & Optimisation
• Act as the internal Zoho subject matter expert and first point of escalation for issues
• Proactively identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend improvements
• Support end users with training, troubleshooting, and guidance as needed
• Keep up to date with new Zoho features and assess their relevance to our business

Requirements:
Must-Have
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho One applications
• Strong proficiency in Deluge scripting (Zoho's native language) 
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining third-party integrations (REST APIs, Zoho Flow, Zapier, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and in a team, manage your own time, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking, diagnosing a broken workflow or data problem independently

Nice To Have

• Zoho certifications, e.g. Zoho Certified Consultant
• Experience with other scripting/coding languages (Python, JavaScript, etc)
