Working Student, Tech Reporting & Automation Support

We are on the look out for a proactive and curious Working Student to support the maintenance and improvement of internal Tech reporting tools used across the organization.

The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and operational stability of reporting systems that provide visibility into financial performance, KPIs, and operational metrics across Tech verticals.

Many of these tools rely on structured spreadsheets, Python scripts, and Google Apps Script automation. The student will therefore need to develop an understanding of how these systems work behind the scenes and support their ongoing maintenance.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding systems, working with data, and troubleshooting technical workflows rather than simply executing manual tasks.

In this role you will,

• Update datasets and ensuring metrics reflect the latest inputs

• Validate calculations and identifying inconsistencies

• Ensure reporting structures stay aligned with organizational changes

• Monitor whether updates have been completed and flagging missing inputs

• Support the maintenance and regular updates of internal reporting tools

• Automate, using Python scripts, parts of the financial reporting process

• Currently doing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Availability of 20 hours per week for 12 months. 

• Experience working with Google Sheets or Excel

• Basic familiarity with Python

• Basic understanding of JavaScript or Google Apps Script

• Interest in data analysis, automation, or operational processes

• Strong problem-solving mindset
