Want to do more than just “something with data” and actually understand how a B2B SaaS business operates? As a Working Student (m/f/d) in the Revenue Operations Team you’ll work directly on our operational go-to-market setup – from CRM data to reporting. What you do has a direct impact on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
What can you expect?:
Your day-to-day tasks
• Take ownership of data quality topics in the CRM (data checks, clean-ups, validations)
• Support the creation and analysis of reports, dashboards, and operational processes
• Contribute to AI and automation topics in a RevOps context (identify use cases, implement and test initial automations, e.g. with n8n)
• Ensure a clean and reliable data foundation for pipeline and forecasting
• Help improve existing processes
Collaboration across the business
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Regular exchange within the RevOps team
• Direct alignment with relevant stakeholders – no unnecessary detours
Your development after 90 days
• Take ownership of your own topics
• Independently drive smaller projects (e.g. dashboards)
• Get more involved in reporting and analytics topics
• Contribute to larger RevOps initiatives
What should you bring along?:
Experience & focus
• Currently enrolled student (e.g. Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar), ideally in the 3rd–5th semester
• Availability of ~16 hours per week for at least 12 months
• First experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) or strong interest in learning
• Initial hands-on experience or strong interest in AI/automation topics (e.g. Claude, n8n, or similar)
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes and interest in data, processes, and a B2B SaaS environment
Technical / methodological skills
• Confident use of Excel or Google Sheets
• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
• Fluent English, German is optional
