About the User Insights & Support Team:

Our team is like a navigation system for the successful experience of our users.

The UsIS team is more than ‘just’ support. We are comrades-in-arms, believing in the vision and encouraging each other to take each step with confidence.

You will be taking care of:

• Translating video materials, educational content, and project assets for our "Better Planner" and "Education" initiatives to become the voice of our brand in France.

• Supporting projects involving French customers to ensure all content is culturally relevant and linguistically accurate.

• Handling day-to-day support requests from drivers and depot teams to help them solve issues and ensure smooth operations.

• Collaborating closely with our Product, User Insights Team, and Customer Success teams to maintain linguistic consistency across all platforms.

• Assisting in direct communication with French users to ensure their needs are met with high quality and empathy.

• Refining our terminology and proactively suggesting ways to make our French content even more impactful as you grow into the role.

You check these boxes:

• You have native or near-native (C1-C2) proficiency in French and a strong working proficiency in English (B2+).

• You have a great eye for the little details that make a translation feel natural and polished.

• You are well-organized and enjoy the feeling of delivering your work reliably and on time.

• You bring a user-centric mindset and understand that a good translation is about the overall user experience.

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Logistics, Communication, Linguistics, or a similar field. But more important than the right degree is your motivation!

It is awesome if you also have:

• Initial experience in translation or customer support.

• A genuine interest in digital products or the SaaS industry.
