Working Student Data Scientist (m/f/d)

Your daily doing will involve:
• Opportunity to take ownership of features end-to-end by bringing ML models from prototyping into the product, including their integration into backend services and user-facing frontend applications
• Further development and optimization of our data pipelines for extracting structured information (e.g. contact data) from unstructured text
• Experimentation with NLP techniques and modern AI approaches
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Close collaboration with your colleagues in our data team as well as across departments

Your profile:
• Ongoing studies at a university or university of applied sciences in computer science, data science, or a related field
• 1+ years of practical programming experience in Python and/or TypeScript
• Basic understanding of modern frontend frameworks (e.g. Angular) and ideally some hands-on experience building web applications
• A structured and analytical way of working that enables you to work independently and efficiently on projects
• High quality standards and a strong sense of responsibility when handling large amounts of data
• An open and friendly personality with a passion for teamwork
• Availability to work on-site at our office in downtown Würzburg to optimally support our team
