We’re looking for a technically curious working student to help us improve and build the logical backbone of our Customer Experience (CX) systems and AI workflows. If you love clean data, breaking (and then fixing) complex logic, and making AI actually do what it’s told, you’re in the right place.

*** This role is possible in a remote set up***

Your responsibilities

• Read, edit, and validate structured data in JSON

• Design and reason through complex logical flows and decision trees

• Work with AI prompting and NLP concepts (like intent classification) to build and refine "smart" chatbot or automation tools

• Debug integrations and test edge cases to ensure systems work reliably in real-world environments

• Work within admin-heavy platforms, e-commerce systems, and spreadsheets to manage fulfillment data or customer support tools

• Translate complex technical configurations into clear documentation, making it easy for others to understand workflows and change

This is you

• You enjoy thinking in logic and love making complex things feel simple

• Working with structured data (like JSON) feels natural to you

• You’re curious about AI and automation and enjoy experimenting with prompts and workflows

• You enjoy debugging and solving tricky edge cases

• You document your work clearly so others can build on it

• You are fluent in English (German is a plus)

Nice to have:

• You’re familiar with e-commerce or order-related data

• Google Sheets doesn’t intimidate you
