Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming faxed orders
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy
• Verify patient insurance eligibility
• Create and enter orders into internal systems
• Enter new patient information accurately and efficiently
• Support billing processes related to order fulfillment
• Upload, save, and manage patient documents and images
• Maintain organized and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare documentation standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues

Requirements:
• At least 6 months BPO experience handling a US Healthcare Account
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Must be keen to details
• With MS Office proficiency
• Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
