Account Specific Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor automated alerts for high-cost medications that are non-covered or have lower-cost alternatives available
• Assess suggested therapeutic alternatives for clinical appropriateness and cost-effectiveness
• Contact healthcare facilities in real time to communicate recommendations for medication substitution
• Collaborate with providers, pharmacists, and care teams to facilitate timely decision-making
• Document interventions, recommendations, and outcomes in accordance with organizational standards
• Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, payer policies, and regulatory requirements
• Support initiatives aimed at reducing overall medication costs without compromising patient care

Requirements:
• At least 6 months BPO experience handling a US Healthcare Account
• Experience with Medication/Prescription is a PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
