职位内容:

1. 负责自动驾驶视觉-语言-行动（VLA）大模型能力建设，探索统一感知、认知与决策的端到端学习范式，突破复杂交通环境理解与行为生成关键技术，打造具备高泛化能力与安全性的驾驶智能体。

2. 围绕世界模型与生成式AI方向开展技术创新，构建面向自动驾驶的多模态数据生成与策略学习体系，形成从仿真到真实世界的闭环学习能力，通过大规模训练与快速迭代验证，持续提升自动驾驶系统智能水平与场景适应能力。

我们希望你：

1. 计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人等相关专业博士

2. 精通Python及PyTorch深度学习框架，具备扎实的算法基础和优秀的工程实现能力

3. 深入掌握模仿学习或强化学习，具备视觉-语言-行动（VLA）研发经验，在多模态理解、决策学习或行为生成方向具有实际项目经验者优先

4. 流利的英语听说读写能力，有海外经历者优先

5. 在CVPR/NeurIPS/ICLR/ICML/等会议发表过相关论文者优先
