About the Role

LumiMeds is looking for a motivated, high-energy Virtual Assistant dedicated exclusively to our User-Generated Content (UGC) pipeline. Your primary goal is to execute massive outreach to creators, building a library of high-quality content that drives our brand forward ensuring campaigns launch on time, social feeds stay active, and our manager stays focused on high-level strategy while you handle the moving parts.

Key Responsibilities

•
Massive Creator Outreach: Identify, vet, and contact a high volume of UGC creators across TikTok and Instagram daily.

Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end UGC workflow: from initial outreach and negotiation to shipping products and tracking deliverables.

•
Content Library Ownership: Organize, tag, and store all incoming UGC assets, ensuring the team has easy access to "scroll-stopping" visuals.

•
Admin Support: Drafting meeting minutes, managing digital files, and occasionally coordinating with external vendors or influencers.

The Ideal Candidate

•
UGC Expert: You have a "ton" of experience in the UGC space. You know what a good creator looks like and you know how to talk to them.

Relentless Hunter: You aren't afraid of "no." You can handle high-volume outreach and follow-ups without being nudged.

•
Reliable Communicator: Your written English is impeccable, and you provide regular status updates without being prompted.

•
Tech-Fluent: You can quickly learn new software and troubleshoot basic tech hurdles independently.

Requirements

•
2+ years of experience specifically as a VA for e-commerce or lifestyle brands focusing on UGC or Influencer Marketing.

•
Proven track record of managing outreach campaigns that resulted in high volumes of content.

•
Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).

•
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
