Main responsibilities:

• Master the functionality and usage of the project management tool (Planisware)

• Review, update, and enhance existing training materials related to the project management tool used in vaccine development

• Propose recommendations for improving and expanding training materials

• Create diverse training formats, including videos, interactive exercises, educational content, descriptions, and user guides

• Continuously monitor user experience and collect feedback to support ongoing improvements

• Provide technical support during onboarding and training for professional teams

• Suggest development opportunities, including automation and AI-driven solutions within training materials

About you

Experience

• Ongoing university studies in BSc or MSc (active student status) in the field of Life Sciences

• Average 20-hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong analytical and problem solving mindset

• Learning agility and ability to master new technical systems

• Attention to detail

• Creative thinking for developing engaging training materials

• Organizational skills

• Proactive attitude

• Time management

• Ability of working individually and with global teams

• Good IT skills (MS Office Suite)

Languages:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Hungarian language knowledge is advantageous.
