Position Summary
The objective is to ensure all transportation-related damages are reviewed, validated, filed, escalated, and reconciled in accordance with MBUSA Transportation Damage Claims Policy and applicable carrier agreements.
Key Responsibilities
· Submit claims to carriers and follow up to ensure timely payment.
· Manage disputed claims and work toward resolution consistent with policy and contractual obligations.
· Reconcile payments from carriers, confirming receipt, accuracy, and financial alignment.
· Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure proper documentation and reimbursement
· Produce reporting and track KPI’s
· Education level High School/Associates
· 3+ Years of experience in relevant field
· Excel Advanced. Outlook Advanced, Word Advanced
· Self Starter, able to work independently, proactive.
· Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and adherence to policy requirement.
Preferred Qualifications
· Associates in accounting
· Experience in similar industry, tools, or environments
· Familiarity with MB systems such as Netstar, RAPS, SW
