As we continue to grow, we seek a Trading Platform Analyst, who is passionate about sportsbook trading, automation, and product development.

Role Overview:

As a Trading Platform Analyst, you will be at the center of our platform development, combining expertise in trading operations, risk management, and product ownership. You will lead the integration of Betgenius data feeds, design automation tools, and deliver insightful analytics through Power BI. Your mission is to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual interventions, and provide trading teams with the tools they need to manage markets effectively—without market-making responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management & Ownership:

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for the sportsbook trading platform, with focus on risk management, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

• Lead the integration of Betgenius data feeds, ensuring stability, accuracy, and optimal performance.

• Collaborate with trading, risk, compliance, and tech teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and technical specifications.

• Design and prioritize features such as automated margin controls, exposure limits, trading rules engines, and alert systems.

• Manage the product backlog and oversee agile development processes to ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure platform compliance with regulatory requirements across different markets.

• Trading Analytics & Operations:

• Utilize Power BI to develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide real-time visibility into trading performance, exposure, liabilities, and customer behavior.

• Analyze trading data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation and optimization.

• Implement tools and processes for automated risk management, including dynamic limits, margin adjustments, and real-time alerts.

• Monitor and optimize data flow from Betgenius, ensuring minimal latency and robust failover mechanisms.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as the key liaison between trading teams, developers, QA, DevOps, and external partners like Betgenius.

• Communicate product progress, feature releases, and priorities to internal stakeholders.

• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor platforms, and technological advancements to ensure the platform remains competitive and innovative.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing manual trading operations through smart automation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Trading Analyst within a sportsbook, betting platform, or trading technology environment.

• Strong understanding of sportsbook trading operations, especially in areas of risk management, exposure control, and trading workflows.

• Hands-on experience integrating and working with external data feeds, preferably Betgenius.

• Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

• Solid analytical skills with experience handling trading and risk data (SQL knowledge is a plus).

• Familiarity with APIs, data structures, and platform integrations.

• Experience working within agile development frameworks.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
