Our Renewals/Recordals team is responsible for the execution of worldwide trademark projects for our various international customers.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities ...

Processing of trademark maintenance tasks, in cooperation with the local trademark attorneys and Trademark offices worldwide

International communication with local attorneys and customers worldwide to ensure a timely instruction and execution of the tasks

Managing deadlines and being responsible for the timely completion of tasks

Regular independent reporting to customers

Checking of official documents for accuracy

Documentation of all relevant information in the internal database

Optimization of processes

Completed bachelors/master’s degree or equivalent education

Very good English language skills (C1), both spoken and written, including business correspondence

Very good German language skills are welcome (C1)

Well-versed in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

Quick learner, highly adaptable, and reliable

Detail oriented and solution driven

Strong and confident communicator

Able to organize and manage deadlines

Proactive and open to new technologies

Experience in trademark law welcome but not necessary
