Project:

A QA Manager role within a large-scale, international energy project operating across a dynamic portfolio of initiatives. The role requires strong QA leadership experience, a solid understanding of manual testing, practical knowledge of test automation realities, and the ability to manage testing teams and quality in a complex, demanding environment. The project supports solutions for the exploration, production, and distribution of energy resources, with a strong focus on the oil & gas domain. It operates at global scale, emphasizing innovation, stability, and long-term sustainable development.

You will be:

• leading and managing QA teams, including both manual and automated testers, across multiple projects,

• planning and prioritizing QA activities, ensuring timely delivery while handling workload, conflicts, and changing project contexts,

• Defining and tracking quality metrics, analyze QA data, and report insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making,

• ensuring QA processes and standards are maintained in a complex, highly regulated environment, with focus on continuous improvement,

• collaborating with project managers, delivery teams, and presales or commercial stakeholders to align QA efforts with business goals,

• advocating for quality decisions using data-driven arguments, balancing test coverage, team capacity, and project costs.
