Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced, full-time Territory/Account Sales Manager to drive revenue growth within an assigned territory. This is a remote role focused on outbound lead generation, virtual customer engagement, and expansion of existing business.
You will own your territory revenue target, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and develop long-term customer relationships through structured, high-quality remote interactions. This role suits a self-motivated salesperson who thrives in a digital sales environment and is comfortable owning both new business and account growth.
Requirements:
You will be responsible for:
• Achieving monthly and annual revenue targets across existing customers and new business growth within your territory
• Expanding existing accounts by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and repeat purchase opportunities
• Generating new business through proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation
• Conducting customer meetings via video, phone, and email to progress opportunities and close deals
• Managing leads and opportunities through the full sales cycle using CRM
• Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts
• Maintaining high-quality, up-to-date CRM data
• Selling the full Assay Genie product portfolio in line with company strategy
• Using in-house digital tools to identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers
• Supporting and maintaining digital outreach processes
• Adhering to defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Maintaining strong technical and product knowledge through ongoing training
You will bring:
• A strong track record including outbound prospecting and account development
• Demonstrated success in new account generation & exceeding sales targets
• Solid business development and pipeline management skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• A high level of customer service orientation and ownership mindset
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced SME environment
• A positive, proactive attitude toward the company and market
• Experience selling into the life science or research market
