Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for USA & Canada wholesale accounts and local sales representative's teams
Manage wholesale order entry, adjustments, cancellations, and special orders
Process returns, damages, and RMA claims
Coordinate reverse logistics with Operations and warehouse teams
Provide shipment updates, ETAs, and proactive account follow-ups
Resolve order discrepancies and escalate issues when needed
Partner with Logistics and Accounts Receivable on order-related matters
Support trade shows, samples, and sales incentive shipments
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience (B2B/wholesale preferred), order processing, logistics, or distribution
Experience with SAP and B2B platforms preferred
Proficient in Excel and Outlook
English required; Spanish preferred
Can be based in New York, NY or Miami, FL
