Responsibilities::
• Conduct on-site demonstrations and provide support within distributor branches to showcase our products and solutions to electricians and project teams.
• Collaborate with distributor sales teams to support customer visits and live demonstrations, ensuring effective communication and technical assistance.
• Facilitate training sessions, both commercial and technical, for distributor branches to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Provide support for various events organized by distributors or our company, offering expertise from both commercial and technical perspectives.
• Act as a liaison between customers and our headquarters (HO), filtering and forwarding technical inquiries and requests to the appropriate channels.
• Coordinate and deliver certification programs, either through local sessions or webinars, to educate electrical customers on our products and solutions.
• Regularly update selected distributor branches on new products, features, and functionalities, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to promote our offerings effectively.
• Conduct quarterly webinars for electrical installers, covering core technologies, new product releases, and updates on features and functionalities.


Key requirements::
• Experience in the intrusion market and electrical distribution market.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of electrical systems and products.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
• A proactive and motivated individual with a "winner spirit" and a collaborative team spirit.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Curiosity and passion for exploring new technologies and solutions within the security market.
