We are looking for a bilingual Sales Representative with a strong interest in technology and relationship-driven sales to join a growing, internationally focused organization. This role combines account management, business development, and technical solution selling within a specialized simulation technology environment. You will work with clients across multiple industries, including government institutions and private organizations, helping them implement advanced training solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys long-term relationship building, international exposure, and learning complex products.
Responsibilities
• Manage and convert an existing database of contacts, including past clients and inactive opportunities
• Conduct outbound outreach through calls, email, and follow-ups to re-engage prospects
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
• Support development and delivery of detailed proposals and quotations
• Track all sales activity, follow-ups, and deal progress within the CRM system
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with technical solutions
• Participate in trade shows, client meetings, and occasional international travel
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence across long sales cycles (6–12+ months)
Requirements:
• 1–5+ years of experience in sales, technical sales, or customer-facing roles
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with disciplined follow-up habits
• Comfortable managing long, multi-touch sales cycles
• Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn quickly
• Interest in technology, engineering, or technical products
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
