Position Summary:

负责华南地区中国本土OEM(COEM)的战略合作与业务增长,通过技术销售与关键客户管理策略,达成销售目标并深化长期合作关系。需结合技术解决方案能力与商业敏锐度,推动COEM客户在新能源汽车领域的创新需求,管理端到端销售流程(包括RFQ响应、合同谈判、项目交付等)。

Essential Functions:

1. 战略客户管理

• 制定并执行COEM客户专属战略,包括长期增长目标、年度预算及市场渗透计划。
• 协调集团和本地团队,提供定制化技术解决方案,推动COEM客户新项目落地。

2. 技术销售与业务拓展

• 识别COEM客户的技术需求,推广公司360°连接解决方案,主导技术演示与方案设计。
• 管理客户项目全周期,包括需求分析、报价谈判、交付支持及售后服务。

3. 市场与竞争分析

• 系统性分析我公司在COEM客户中的现有供货份额,量化剩余市场份额潜力。。
• 识别主要竞争对手及其策略,制定针对性方案以提升我司市场占有率。

4. 商业运营

• 主导合同条款谈判(价格、付款、交付等),优化利润率,定期进行商业复盘。
• 监控行业动态,挖掘COEM客户在连接领域的潜在合作机会。

5. 跨部门协同

• 联动集团和本地的研发、质量、生产团队,快速响应客户技术变更需求及投诉处理。

Knowledges, Skills, Abilities

• 精通技术方案销售(Solution Selling),具备机械工程或电子工程知识背景。
• 市场分析能力突出,能系统性评估COEM客户供货份额及剩余市场潜力,精准识别竞争对手策略。
• 卓越的跨文化沟通能力,能高效对接COEM客户全球及区域团队。
• 熟练使用Salesforce系统及数据分析工具,具备项目管理经验。
• 英文流利,可以作为工作语言。

Education/Experience

• 5年以上大客户管理(KAM)经验,3年以上汽车行业(主机厂/Tier1)技术销售背景,熟悉新能源汽车产业链。
• 成功主导过复杂技术项目(如电池系统、电驱部件等)的商务落地。
• 本科及以上学历,机械工程、电气工程或相关专业。
