We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Sales Advisor to join our Residential team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical advice and sales support for our Tiling range of products to our customers 
• Serve as the primary technical resource for customers and specifiers, offering expert advice on Sika's Tiling range
• Attend project meetings with Contractors and Designers to make Specification recommendations
• Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Customers, Contractors and Specifiers
• Deliver presentations to Customers, Contractors and Specifiers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project details in Sika's CRM system
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a construction related technical sales role preferred
• Previous experience of  technical advice for tiling systems will be an advantage
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license
