You will::
- Own and drive end-to-end technical programs across the Checkout & Payments domain, spanning multiple teams and product areas.
- Translate business and product objectives into clear execution plans, milestones, and delivery timelines.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery blockers before they escalate.
- Coordinate delivery across engineering, product management, QA, platform teams, and external providers.
- Facilitate alignment forums, planning sessions, and retrospectives to ensure transparency and shared ownership.
- Orchestrate initiatives across core checkout capabilities, commercial features, and third-party integrations.
- Ensure delivery supports scalability, performance, security, compliance, and long-term maintainability.
- Continuously improve program execution by establishing repeatable delivery frameworks and lean coordination practices.

What You Bring::
- You combine strong technical understanding with systems thinking and clear communication.
- You are comfortable operating in complex, dependency-heavy environments and thrive on creating structure where delivery spans many teams and stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar cross-functional delivery role.
- Has worked closely with engineering teams in complex product or platform environments.
- Understands distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and modern software delivery practices.
- Can break down strategic initiatives into executable plans with clear milestones and success criteria.
- Proactively identifies risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges and drives mitigation plans.
- Excels at stakeholder management, facilitation, and alignment across distributed teams.
- Is fluent in English.

Working time: Monday – Friday (9 AM – 6 PM)

- Da Nang office: 23rd Floor, G8 Golden Building, 65 Hai Phong, Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam.

- Remote Work: Candidates based in Hanoi or Can Tho are welcome to work remotely.
