• Align initiatives to measurable outcomes such as SLA improvements, automation gains, cost optimization, reliability improvements, and employee experience enhancements.

• Coordinate execution across Infrastructure, Identity, Enterprise Applications, Data, Security, and business teams.

• Establish effective program operating cadences and maintain a clear source of truth for status reporting, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

• Translate technical concepts, architecture discussions, and delivery risks into concise executive-level updates.

• Assess system architectures, integrations, APIs, and data flows to shape pragmatic and scalable implementation plans.

• Proactively manage program risks related to security, compliance, vendor coordination, migrations, and production cutovers.

• Define and monitor KPIs including adoption, ticket volume reduction, reliability, operational efficiency, and time-to-resolution metrics.

• Develop reusable templates, dashboards, playbooks, and operational frameworks to improve delivery maturity across the organization.

• Support product prototyping and customer research initiatives for internally developed tools and platforms.

Who You Are:

• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Project Management, Business Systems, or related enterprise technology roles.

• Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning infrastructure, SaaS platforms, identity systems, enterprise applications, integrations, or data platforms.

• Ability to interpret and discuss system architectures, APIs, integrations, workflows, and enterprise data flows.

• Strong program management fundamentals including planning, dependency management, risk tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.

• Experience managing complex programs with multiple technical and business stakeholders simultaneously.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences.

• Demonstrated experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.

• Proficiency with program and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical and operational mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred:

• Experience in high-growth cloud, SaaS, or data center environments.

• Exposure to SOX, SOC 2, or enterprise IT compliance and controls frameworks.
