Technical Process Manager (AI Driven BCM & Security Process Optimization & Automation)

We are looking for a highly skilled Process Optimization and Automation Manager with strong expertise in AI‑driven solution design and process transformation. In this role, you will lead the strategic modernization of Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes and broader Corporate Security workflows. Your mission is to transform manual or fragmented processes into automated, intelligent, future‑ready operational ecosystems—enhancing efficiency, decision‑making quality, and overall organizational resilience.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end process modernization initiatives with a focus on AI and automation
• Design and implement AI agents, intelligent assistants, and workflow automation solutions
• Develop automated capabilities such as dynamic documentation, reporting, and workflow updates
• Identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows to reduce manual effort and shorten decision cycles
• Integrate AI‑powered analytics and decision‑support tools into core processes
• Drive organization‑wide adoption of automation frameworks and AI‑enabled services

• University degree in Security Management, Informatics, Engineering, Economics, Cybersecurity, Project Management, or related fields
• Basic understanding of Business Continuity Management
• Experience in Information Security (advantageous but not a requirement)
• Experience working in international project environments
• Proven track record in designing or implementing AI‑based, automated, or LLM‑enabled enterprise solutions
• Excellent English proficiency
• Strong teamwork, confidence, and clear communication skills

• German language skills are a strong plus
• Ability to translate process requirements into scalable AI‑supported solutions
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Ability to explain complex processes and AI concepts in an accessible way
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and enthusiasm for innovation
• Experience leading cross‑departmental transformation initiatives
