We are seeking a hands-on Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to support technical sales efforts across product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution customization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with web applications at the DOM/UI level, building interactive demo experiences, and collaborating across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver impactful customer solutions.
You will play a critical role in bridging technical execution with customer engagement—ensuring that product capabilities are effectively demonstrated, validated, and optimized in real-world environments.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Technical Product Engagement
• Work with web application DOM structures, UI elements, and selectors across various environments
• Support testing, tuning, and refinement of element detection and selection logic
• Identify edge cases and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve system performance
• Validate product functionality across enterprise applications and workflows
• Contribute to improving accuracy, reliability, and overall user experience
Demo Content Development
• Build and maintain demo environments and guided product experiences
• Create reusable demo assets for core use cases
• Develop customized demo scenarios aligned with specific customer workflows
• Ensure ongoing updates, QA, and maintenance of demo materials
POC & Evaluation Support
• Assist in deploying solutions in customer and prospect environments
• Configure initial setups and ensure technical readiness
• Build workflows, validations, and guided experiences tailored to customer needs
• Act as a technical liaison between Sales, Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders
• Troubleshoot issues and adapt configurations during live evaluations
Demo Execution
• Support and participate in live product demonstrations
• Deliver scenario-based demos aligned with customer use cases
• Tailor demo flows to reflect client environments, processes, and success metrics
Required Qualifications
• 2–6 years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, implementation consulting, or technical consulting roles
• Strong understanding of web applications, DOM structures, UI elements, selectors, and browser behavior
• Experience configuring or troubleshooting SaaS products in customer-facing environments
• Ability to build hands-on product experiences, not just present solutions
• Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• High ownership, reliability, and execution focus
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, or Microsoft ecosystems
• Exposure to digital adoption platforms, workflow automation, or in-app guidance tools
• Experience building demos, trial environments, or POC implementations
• Familiarity with browser developer tools, HTML/CSS structures, and front-end debugging
• Ability to independently deliver technical product demonstrations
