The Technical Operations Officer supports the efficiency and scalability of operational processes by developing automation solutions and maintaining technical tools across the organisation. This role is responsible for building and maintaining scripts, resolving technical issues within operational systems, and integrating key platforms such as Zendesk, Jira, GitLab, and Power BI.

📍 Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position that requires your full presence at our Limassol office. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

✅ Qualifications:

✔️ Develop & maintain automation scripts (Google Apps Script, APIs)

✔️ Knowledge in any programming language is a plus (especially JavaScript or Python)

✔️ ZenDesk tool knowledge is a plus

✔️ Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues in operational tools

✔️ Build automation solutions for repetitive tasks

✔️ Support integration of tools (Zendesk, Jira, GitLab, PowerBI, etc.)

✔️ Align with IT & Security teams for best practices

✔️ Support departments (CS, RG, AML, Risk) with stats & reporting
