Role:
The technical offer engineer is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive technical and commercial proposals for our customer projects, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and ARES manufacturing capabilities.
Main mission of the role:
Support the analysis of customer RFQs, BOMs, drawings, and technical documentation.
Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial quotations under senior supervision.
Coordinate internally with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing teams to collect quotation data.
Maintain quotation documentation and ensure data accuracy in internal systems.
Support Sales during customer follow-up activities related to offers and clarifications.
This role contributes directly to business development by enabling timely and competitive offers while developing technical and commercial knowledge within the ARES environment.
Stakeholder Profile:
Provide daily support to Sales and Business development director during quotation activities.
Interact with internal departments such as technical office, supply chain, quality, and production.
Occasionally support communication with customer sourcing or engineering teams.
Act as a coordination point between commercial and operational teams during the RFQ phase.
Requirements:
Technical degree in Electronics or Industrial Engineering, or similar field.
Experience in Electronics manufacturing, engineering support or technical sales support roles.
Basic understanding of electronic manufacturing processes (PCBA, assembly, testing, coating, etc).
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills and willingness to work in a cross-functional team environment.
Nice-to-Have:
Internship or first experience in EMS or electronics industry.
Knowledge of electronic components or BOM structures.
Experience with ERP systems or quotation tools.
Advanced Excel skills.
English professional working proficiency.
