• Technical Specialist M365 Platform & Security Role Overview We are looking for a skilled UCC Technical Specialist with 6 to 7 years of experience in managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 collaboration and security platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Copilot, and Microsoft security and compliance solutions. This role also requires proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, including App Registrations, Conditional Access (CA) policies, Zero Trust principles, and modern authentication mechanisms. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential. Key Responsibilities : Administer and optimize Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot for enterprise collaboration. Implement and manage Microsoft Security & Compliance Center policies, including DLP, eDiscovery, and retention. Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID for identity and access management. Develop and enforce Conditional Access policies and Zero Trust security frameworks. Manage App Registrations and authentication mechanisms for secure integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across M365 services and identity platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and security posture. Create automation scripts for routine tasks and reporting using PowerShell or similar tools. Prepare detailed documentation, SOPs, and technical guides for operational excellence. Provide technical guidance and support for UCC transformation initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 platform administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint). Strong knowledge of Copilot and modern collaboration tools. Expertise in Microsoft Security & Compliance, Entra ID, and Conditional Access policies. Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, MFA). Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. Excellent communication and documentation skills for stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
