Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize the full HubSpot platform including CRM setup, pipelines, reporting, and data structure

• Design and implement advanced automation workflows across sales, marketing, and operations

• Support sales team operations including sequences, dashboards, forecasting, and performance tracking

• Manage marketing campaigns (email, landing pages, lead capture, segmentation, and analytics)

• Drive data quality and governance, including deduplication, validation, and process improvements

• Build and maintain integrations with third-party tools and APIs

• Oversee Aircall integration and call workflows, ensuring seamless CRM tracking and automation

• Leverage AI within HubSpot and external tools to enhance productivity, personalization, and reporting

• Monitor and improve conversion rates and funnel performance from lead to closed deal

Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing HubSpot platform (all hubs).

Frontend

• Strong experience with HTML5 & CSS3, including semantic markup and responsive design

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) for client-side interactivity, DOM manipulation, and AJAX

• Hands-on experience with jQuery for dynamic content and API interactions

• Experience using Bootstrap for responsive layouts and UI components

• Familiarity with Slick Slider for carousel implementations and WOW.js for scroll-based animations

• Experience with tools like FingerprintJS for visitor tracking and personalization

Backend

• Strong proficiency in PHP (8+) with solid understanding of OOP and MVC frameworks

• Experience working with Apache (2.4) including modules like mod_rewrite, mod_security, and mod_evasive

• Strong knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB, including database design, optimization, and administration

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs (JSON-based)

• Hands-on experience with webhooks for real-time integrations

• Experience integrating with HubSpot CRM APIs, including data synchronization and automation

Infrastructure & Security

• Experience managing cloud infrastructure (e.g., Vultr or similar platforms)

• Strong administration skills in Debian/Linux environments, including shell scripting and cron jobs

• Experience with Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection

• Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration

• Knowledge of security best practices including:

• Firewall configuration (UFW)

• Web Application Firewall (ModSecurity)

• Intrusion prevention tools (e.g., Fail2ban)

• File integrity monitoring (e.g., AIDE)

• SSL/TLS management using Let’s Encrypt / Certbot

• Secure SSH configuration (key-based access, restricted login)

• Security auditing tools (e.g., Lynis)
