Work is fully remote with flexible hours. We care about results, not time zones.
The team and domain
You'll lead a team working at the intersection of security, big data, and AI:
• Python-based data pipelines processing large volumes of potentially malicious files;
• workflow orchestration and distributed processing;
• LLM integration for automated analysis;
• Linux infrastructure.
You don't need to be the deepest expert — but you should be comfortable understanding technical discussions and making informed tradeoffs.
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should have:

• proficiency with the GNU/Linux operating system and shell scripting;

• familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD systems;
• at least an intermediate level of English proficiency.
It would be great if you also have:
• experience with Airflow;
• experience with ClickHouse, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL;
• experience with S3, Ceph.
What you'll do in the first months:
• Build relationships: Meet the team, understand working styles, learn the domain;
• Own delivery: Take over sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives;
• Shape the roadmap: Work with stakeholders to align priorities with capacity;
• Establish rhythms: Create sustainable processes for planning, review, and communication.
Why join us?
• Impact: Your work enables a team that protects real servers from real attacks.
• Autonomy: No micromanagement. Own your approach and decisions.
• Growth: Develop your leadership skills in a high-trust environment.
• Team: Collaborative engineers who value good leadership.
Benefits:
What's in it for you?
• A strong focus on professional development with opportunities for learning and growth:
• Interesting and challenging projects;
• Mentor and other knowledge-exchange programs.
• Fully remote work with flexible working hours, that allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
• Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Compensation for private medical insurance.
• Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
• The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
