Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing recruitment activities across the full candidate lifecycle, ensuring high-quality pipelines, compliance, and a strong candidate experience aligned with business and client needs.
Responsibilities:
•
Execute recruitment processes from sourcing to placement
•
Build and maintain candidate pipelines
•
Screen and assess candidates
•
Coordinate interviews and scheduling
•
Ensure compliance of submissions and documentation
•
Maintain ATS/HRIS data accuracy
•
Track pipeline metrics and performance
•
Support candidate engagement and experience
•
Coordinate onboarding handover to workforce teams
Functional Areas:
• Recruitment Support
• Execution of hiring processes, including job postings, scheduling, and ATS updates
• Sourcing & Pipeline
• Build candidate pipelines through talent sourcing, outreach, and pipeline tracking
• Candidate Engagement
• Manage candidate experience through communication, follow-ups, and relationship management
• Compliance & Submission
• Ensure quality and compliance through CV formatting, documentation, and client submission standards
• Data & Reporting
• Maintain recruitment data through pipeline tracking and reporting updates
• Specialisation
• Develop expertise in a defined area such as Nation, Industry, or Profession
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Pipeline: Candidates per role
•
Speed: Time-to-submit
•
Quality: Interview-to-offer ratio
•
Compliance: Submission accuracy
•
Experience: Candidate satisfaction
Requirements:
• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience), with at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or recruitment operations
• Skills & Expertise
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, experience managing recruitment processes, ability to assess candidate suitability, and understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices
• Technical Knowledge
• Experience using ATS/HRIS systems, recruitment tools (e.g. LinkedIn, job boards), and maintaining accurate recruitment data
• Right to Work
• Candidate must have the Right to Work (RTM) in Spain
• Citizenship / Nationality
• Must have citizenship or nationality of one of the 32 NATO nations
