View Dental is a growing dental organization with multiple clinic locations across Downtown Toronto. We are focused on building strong, reliable clinical and administrative teams that support high-quality patient care and efficient operations. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a confident and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support hiring across nine dental offices.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and administrative roles, including Associates, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Receptionists, and office support staff
Draft and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
Source candidates using job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clinic managers and leadership
Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs
Partner closely with clinic managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and timelines
Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and local market conditions
Support offer preparation, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements
Maintain accurate recruitment records and track hiring progress
Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding efforts
Growth & HR Exposure
Opportunity to gain exposure to HR Generalist responsibilities, including:
Onboarding support and new hire documentation
HR administration and employee records
Policy administration and compliance support
Participation in broader HR initiatives as business needs evolve
Ideal for a recruiter interested in developing into a more well-rounded HR role over time
Qualifications
1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
Experience recruiting in healthcare, dental, retail, or other high-volume environments is an asset
Experience supporting multiple locations and diverse role types is strongly preferred
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Confident, proactive personality with the ability to manage competing priorities
Ability to work independently and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working on-site and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
This role offers hands-on recruitment experience, exposure to HR Generalist functions, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing dental organization.
