Proporcionar soporte en los procesos especiales productivos y en la instalación de nuevos equipos, en

colaboración con el área para la programación de PLC/PC con el fin de mantener los equipos de procesos

especiales de acuerdo con los estándares definidos en Planta. Garantizar el cumplimiento de la seguridad

eléctrica en planta.

Responsabilidades: 

1. Soportar las actualizaciones de equipos y software en líneas de producción con el fin de reducir tiempos

en los procesos.

1.1. Soportar la implementación de nuevas tecnologías de software o maquinaria.

1.2. Soportar la actualización de las tecnologías aplicadas en software y maquinaria.

1.3. Realizar actividades para mejorar la disponibilidad de la maquinaria.

1.4. Apoyar a técnicos de mantenimiento en fallas de maquinaria en todas las áreas en el caso de paros.

1.5. Realizar integraciones y modificaciones eléctricas o de programación en maquinarias en las áreas de la planta.

1.6. Dar seguimiento a programas de estandarización con PLC.

1.7. Almacenar programas de PLC en carpeta local según el procedimiento.

1.8. Realizar la liberación de maquinaria y equipo nuevo o modificado.

2. Aplicar las técnicas desarrolladas de solución de problemas con el fin de minimizar y solucionar fallas

de procesos especiales dentro del área.

2.1. Participar en el análisis de la técnica de solución de problemas propuesta por el área en los procesos

correspondientes.

2.2. Registrar y dar seguimiento a las lecciones aprendidas.

Carrera: Ing. o TSU en Mecatrónica, Control y automatización, Eléctrico Industrial. 

Conocimiento en: 

• Control eléctrico en maquinaria semi automática.
• Conocimiento en automatización.
• Diseño eléctrico.
• Lenguajes de programación para utomatización.
• Conocimiento en normas de seguridad y sistemas de maquinaria industrial ( NOM-004, NOM-022, DIN81346-2)
• Conocimiento en maquinaria CNC.
