System Team Intern (Paid, Path to Full-Time)

Location: Onsite – Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $22–$25 per hour
Hours: 20–40 hours/week (flexible with classes)

GrowthSpoke is a fast-growing eCommerce fulfillment and logistics company, and we’re looking for a System Team Intern who wants hands-on, real-world experience, not a shadowing role.

If you enjoy JavaScript, building things, and learning how technology supports real operations, this internship is designed to help you grow your skills and transition into a full-time role after graduation.

What You’ll Learn & Work On

How technology supports warehouse operations, shipping, and fulfillment

Building and supporting JavaScript-based automation and internal tools

Helping develop custom systems and integrations for real clients

Working on client reporting projects using operational data

Exposure to databases and SQL (experience is a plus, not required)

Providing onsite IT support in a Microsoft 365 environment

Assisting with evaluating new software tools and vendor solutions

Collaborating with operations and customer-facing teams to solve real problems

What We’re Looking For

JavaScript experience through coursework, projects, or internships (required)

Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field

Interest in systems, IT, and technology-driven problem solving

A hands-on mindset — you like learning by doing and figuring things out

Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions

Interest in logistics, shipping, or warehousing is a plus, but not required

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, databases, or system integrations is a plus

Pay: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience and technical skills
