Position Overview:
Circle Cardiovascular Imaging is seeking a Systems Integrator (AI & Automation) to design, implement, and maintain integrations across key enterprise business systems while leveraging modern AI-driven tools and automation frameworks. This role is ideal for a technically curious builder who is comfortable working with APIs, Python scripting, data, and who actively uses AI tools and agentic workflows to solve real-world problems.
Rather than focusing on traditional enterprise experience, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a strong ability to learn and apply emerging technologies quickly. You will work closely with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams to streamline workflows, improve data accessibility, and build intelligent automation solutions that scale across the organization.
General Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain integrations between enterprise systems (e.g. CRM and ERP.
Develop and maintain Python-based scripts and services for data processing and transformation, automation, and orchestration.
Work with APIs to enable real-time and batch data exchange between systems.
Analyze and map data across systems to ensure consistency and reliability
Use AI tools and agentic workflows to automate repetitive processes and enhance decision-making.
Rapidly prototype and iterate on automation and integration solutions.
Implement monitoring, logging, and error-handling mechanisms for integration pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and system improvements, gather requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
Support data analytics initiatives by preparing, transforming, and validating datasets.
Document integration architectures, workflows, and technical implementations.
Ensure integrations meet security, compliance, and data governance requirements.
Required Skills/Experience:
Hands-on experience in Python scripting for automation and data processing.
Experience building and maintaining system integrations using APIs.
Demonstrated use of AI tools or agentic workflows (e.g. LLM APIs, prompt workflows, automation agents, etc.) in real projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work across technical & non-technical teams.
Solid understanding of data structures, data transformation, and ETL processes.
Experience with data analytics tools/libraries (e.g., pandas, SQL, or similar).
Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with any of the following platforms would be valuable: Salesforce, Oracle Netsuite, Atlassian Jira, Microsoft SQL Server, Fivetran, PowerBI, Celigo, Hubspot, BambooHR.
Nice to have - familiarity with integration platforms (e.g. Zapier, Boomi, or Mulesoft).
Nice to have - knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, and
monitoring) is desired.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Demonstrated projects, internships, or real-world work involving integrations, automation, or AI tools.
