📌 Key Responsibilities:
Operational ownership and support of core security platforms, including:
Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, provisioning, troubleshooting)
Palo Alto Prisma Access & GlobalProtect (remote access, user/device policies, logs, incident troubleshooting)
Jamf (macOS endpoint management, security baselines, configuration profiles, application deployment)
Roll out, enforce, and maintain policies designed by the security team, ensuring stable and secure operation across identity, endpoint, and network access layers
Perform system administration tasks required to support secure operations, including:
Administration of Google Workspace (users, groups, email routing, security controls, DLP)
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, operating systems, and core applications
Management of endpoint configurations, software updates, and patching in coordination with Security
Manage identity and access lifecycle for employees and contractors (joiner–mover–leaver), ensuring accuracy, auditability, and least privilege
Administer and integrate SaaS platforms (Jira, Confluence, Slack, JetBrains, etc.), including access control, SSO enforcement, and role hygiene
Build and maintain automation and integrations using APIs and scripts (Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack) to reduce manual administrative work
Monitor system and security alerts, proactively investigate recurring issues, and participate in root cause analysis
Technical support for office and remote employees;
Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, and SOC teams during incidents, access reviews, and platform improvements
Maintain documentation for system configurations, security operations, and incident handling procedures
📌 Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Security/Systems Administration, or a hybrid IT/Security role
Hands-on experience administering Okta and supporting SSO, MFA, and provisioning workflows
Practical experience with Palo Alto Prisma Access and GlobalProtect, including operational troubleshooting
Strong experience managing macOS environments via Jamf or similar products
Solid understanding of system administration fundamentals (OS configuration, patching, user management, SaaS administration)
Good understanding of the network concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, LANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP, routing etc);
Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills to resolve IT-related issues effectively;
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
Fluent in English and Russian
