As Supervisor HR Administration DACH at SIXT, you will co-leading the coordination of our International People Administration Team based in Lisbon, supporting employees and managers across the DACH region. You will act as first point of escalation for the team, drive continuous process improvement and make a real impact on how HR administration works. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You coordinate and oversee the daily workload of our International People Administration Team in Lisbon, ensuring service continuity across the DACH region
• You act as first point of escalation for team members on operational and process-related questions, supporting their onboarding, development and day-to-day work
• You execute and oversee end-to-end HR administrative processes, including contracts, amendments, onboarding/offboarding documentation, employee changes and absence management
• You monitor SLAs, KPIs and internal deadlines across all HR administration activities, proactively identifying bottlenecks and driving quality in service delivery
• You lead the standardization and optimization of HR processes across all supported countries, identifying opportunities for automation, digital tools and AI-based solutions
• You collaborate closely with the Team Lead HR Administration, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent Acquisition and other internal stakeholders across all supported countries

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have 4+ years in HR Administration, HR Operations or a similar HR role, ideally in an international or shared-service environment, with previous experience in a senior or coordinator position
• HR Knowledge You bring a solid understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including hands-on experience with SLAs, KPIs and structured HR tools
• Organizational Skills You manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously with high attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality in documentation and data management
• Communication You are a confident, service-oriented communicator, comfortable working with colleagues and stakeholders at different levels and across different countries
• Automation Mindset You are proactive and solution-driven, with a genuine interest in leveraging AI, digital tools and automation to continuously evolve HR administration processes
• Languages & Tools You are fluent in German & English (mandatory), additional languages are a  strong plus, and experience with Workday or MS Office is an advantage
