Role purpose

Support leadership with structured analysis, insights, and strategy execution to scale SSO efficiently.

Core responsibilities

• Analyse performance across revenue, operations, and marketing.
• Own research and build clear, decision-ready PowerPoint decks.
• Build and manage dashboards, reports, and automation using Excel, tools, and AI where relevant.
• Ensure data ownership and accuracy across key reports and systems.
• Support strategic initiatives, pilots, and expansion planning.
• Work cross-functionally to translate data into action and suggest practical business next steps.

• Quality and clarity of insights and PowerPoint outputs delivered.
• Adoption of recommendations by leadership.
• Improved decision speed, accuracy, and data reliability.
