The Strategic Partnership Coordinator supports the administration and reconciliation of partnership programs, resolves insurance membership-related issues, and facilitates effective communication with vendors, partners, and in-gym teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative functions using ABC and Excel and learn basics of Welld and partner portals as needed.

• Reconciliation of reporting, auditing and editing systems accordingly.

• Support membership service functions including:

• Resolve insurance audit issues

• Correct invalid IDs

• Address member check-in concerns

• Communication with vendors, partners and gyms to resolve issues efficiently.

• Work directly with our in-gym team members to assist and resolve outstanding insurance members and any other partnership member issues

• Other duties as business requires

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Excel (will prepare and use spreadsheets to help track and analyze data).

• Knowledgeable or to be trained in using Ignite/ABC as it relates to insurance members and other strategic partnership members.

• Knowledgeable in Outlook for sending and receiving emails and Teams for internal communication.

• Customer service communication skills.

• Must successfully pass background check.

• High level of professionalism and dependability.

• Self motivated and driven in a hybrid work environment.

• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude, even in high-pressure situations.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Hourly Pay Range
$20—$20 USD
