They’re now hiring a Strategic New Business Lead to take ownership of commercial growth. This is a senior, strategic sales role focused on identifying new revenue opportunities, converting high-value accounts, and driving long-term, retainer-based engagements. You’ll lead from the front — opening doors, shaping proposals, and bringing in work that aligns with the agency’s core strengths.

The Role
As the Strategic New Business Lead, you’ll own the agency’s new business pipeline — identifying, pursuing, and converting opportunities with Tier 2 and Tier 3 brands across retail, FMCG and ecommerce.
You’ll work closely with internal delivery teams across creative, content, digital and production — but your focus is squarely on growth: driving revenue, shaping commercial strategy, and building new long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of new business opportunities
• Lead outreach, qualification, and conversion of mid-to-large brand prospects
• Own the end-to-end pitch process — from initial contact to proposal and close
• Shape solutions that span creative, content, digital, PR and production
• Contribute to commercial strategy and help define the agency’s growth roadmap
This Role Is for You If:
• You’re a commercially-minded operator with a track record in strategic sales or agency growth
• You’ve worked in or with creative/digital/production agencies and understand the full marketing mix
• You know how to lead senior conversations, qualify opportunities, and build trust with decision-makers
• You’re excited to take the lead on growth — not manage existing accounts
What Success Looks Like
• Securing new long-term client relationships across key sectors
• Delivering measurable revenue growth within the first 6–12 months
• Driving a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Establishing yourself as a key commercial voice in the agency
About You
• Strong experience in agency growth, new business, or commercial strategy roles
• Familiar with the structure and sale of integrated marketing services
• Proven success engaging senior marketing stakeholders (e.g. CMOs, Brand Directors)
• Confident, persuasive, and self-directed
• Comfortable using tools like Pipedrive and Sales Navigator
