About the role:
We are seeking a Strategic Initiatives Manager to lead high-impact projects and drive Bosta’s long-term growth agenda. This role will own the design and execution of cross-functional initiatives focused on scalability, operational excellence, and cost efficiency. The manager will partner closely with leadership and functional teams to shape strategy, define measurable outcomes, and ensure execution excellence.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with executional rigor, thrives in fast-paced environments, and brings a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and measurable business impact.

Job Responsibilities:
• Own & Lead Strategic Projects: Drive end-to-end delivery of initiatives that improve scalability, profitability, and customer experience.
• Define and track success metrics for each initiative, ensuring clear ROI, measurable operational improvements, and stakeholder alignment on outcomes.”
• Strategy Operating System (OKRs & Scorecard): Own the quarterly OKR process and maintain a Balanced Scorecard that connects strategic pillars to leading/lagging KPIs; run monthly health reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
• Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Operations, Product, Commercial, and Tech teams to translate strategy into action and remove execution roadblocks.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Identify and champion opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and advanced analytics to improve scalability and operational efficiency
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Lead research on industry dynamics, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform Bosta’s positioning and expansion roadmap.
• Work directly with the C-suite and senior management to inform critical strategic decisions and long-term growth planning.
• Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide associates/analysts to strengthen the Strategy team’s problem-solving and execution capabilities.

Job Requirements::
• 7–9 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or business leadership roles, ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or technology.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects from design through execution, with measurable results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure complex problems and synthesize actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at C-suite level and senior management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance growth, cost, and operational trade-offs.
• Passion for technology-driven logistics and scaling high-growth businesses
• Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor, inspire, and develop team members.
