We are seeking a Strategic Alliances Manager – Hyperscalers to lead the execution and activation of strategic partnerships with major cloud providers, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
This role focuses on driving co-sell motions, pipeline development, go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and partner alignment to ensure hyperscaler relationships translate into measurable business growth and revenue impact. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening collaboration with cloud partner teams while enabling internal sales teams to effectively leverage partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
Hyperscaler Partnership Execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner teams across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Manage day-to-day collaboration with partner sales, pre-sales, and program stakeholders.
• Execute partner programs, funding initiatives, incentives, and compliance requirements.
• Track and support partner competencies, certifications, and readiness initiatives.
Co-Sell & Pipeline Enablement
• Drive deal registrations, co-sell motions, and joint opportunity planning with hyperscaler partners.
• Align hyperscaler field sellers with internal field and inside sales teams to maximize deal opportunities.
• Support deal acceleration through partner engagement and escalation when necessary.
• Track and manage partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
GTM & Sales Enablement
• Execute joint go-to-market programs, campaigns, webinars, and industry events with hyperscaler partners.
• Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) planning, execution, and ROI tracking.
• Enable internal sales teams with partner playbooks, solution narratives, and pitch materials.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, Solutions, and Marketing teams to align partner initiatives.
• Provide structured updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Maintain clear reporting on partner activities, opportunities, and performance metrics.
Success Metrics
• Growth in partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
• Number and quality of active co-sell opportunities
• Strength and cadence of hyperscaler engagement
• Effectiveness of joint GTM programs
• Partner readiness, certifications, and compliance status
Experience & Qualifications
• 6–15 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or cloud ecosystem roles.
• Hands-on experience working with hyperscaler partner programs (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong execution capabilities with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking abilities.
