Contexte de la mission : Le Business Office ServiceNow a pour mission de rendre nos partenaires métiers exceptionnellement performants en atteignant leurs objectifs dans les délais et budgets impartis grâce à la plateforme ServiceNow. Objectifs du stage : 1. Optimisation des processus internes – Cartographier et analyser les processus existants, notamment le Demand Management. – Identifier les points de friction, doublons ou tâches à faible valeur ajoutée. – Proposer des pistes d’amélioration (Lean, automatisation, simplification). – Formaliser les processus cibles et accompagner leur mise en œuvre. 2. Mise en place d’agents AI pour l’équipe opérationnelle – Identifier les cas d’usage pertinents pour des agents conversationnels ou assistants intelligents. – Étudier les solutions disponibles sur la plateforme ServiceNow (Virtual Agent, NLU, etc.). – Prototyper un ou plusieurs agents AI et mesurer leur impact sur la charge de travail de l’équipe. – Documenter les résultats et proposer une feuille de route d’industrialisation. Après une période d’intégration en présentiel, sur site, vous pourrez réaliser une partie de votre mission en télétravail. Le temps de présence sur site et en télétravail sera établi selon les besoins du service et de l’organisation définis avec votre tuteur. L’exercice du télétravail peut aller jusqu’à 13 jours/mois ».
