Your tasks
Your primary focus will be on developing and improving the database as a service offering for MongoDB at STACKIT.
You will work in an international scrum team that develops and administers its own cloud service for MongoDB databases.
You will develop automation processes to simplify the operation of cloud databases.
You will stay up to date with the latest features of MongoDB and its respective components such as MongoDB Controllers for Kubernetes.
You will serve as a reliable point of contact for our internal projects.
You will act as a 3rd level solution expert for STACKIT MongoDB.
Your profile
You have experience with DevOps tooling (Gitlab, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Monitoring, Infrastructure-as-a-Code)
Ideally, you have experience with MongoDB databases.
Ideally, you have experience in development (Golang) (e.g. to develop REST APIs, write e2e tests to check k8s manifests, ... )
You have passion and enthusiasm for new technologies and topics related to NoSQL databases.
You possess a high degree of flexibility, initiative, and commitment.
You enjoy being part of an international team and can communicate effectively in English.
