About the Team
Within the Trading Revamp, this position is essential to:
Accelerating time-to-market for critical capabilities.
Reducing execution risk in high-complexity environments.
Ensuring alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
Improving operational efficiency and delivery predictability.
In a typical week you will
Activities:
Drive execution of complex, multi-team programs within the Trading Revamp.
Align engineering, product, and business stakeholders across trading initiatives.
Manage dependencies across trading systems (OMS, market data, integrations, etc.).
Identify, track, and mitigate risks related to performance, scalability, and delivery.
Establish program management frameworks to improve execution consistency.
Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and delivery outcomes to leadership.
Facilitate decision-making in high-pressure and ambiguous environments.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end execution of strategic trading initiatives.
Ensure alignment between technical delivery and business objectives.
Drive consistency and scalability in execution across multiple teams.
Reduce systemic bottlenecks and coordination inefficiencies.
Ensure transparency and visibility for leadership stakeholders.
Enable teams to deliver effectively by removing blockers and clarifying priorities.
Influence execution strategy and prioritization across the Trading domain.
Qualifications
Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Advanced experience in roadmap planning and dependency management.
Conceptual understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and integrations.
Understanding of performance, scalability, and reliability considerations in trading systems.
Strong use of KPIs, OKRs, and delivery metrics.
Ability to evaluate technical and business trade-offs.

Requisites:
5–7+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
Proven experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives in high-availability systems.
Experience in fintech, capital markets, or regulated environments.
Experience coordinating multi-squad programs with distributed stakeholders.
Strong track record improving execution, scalability, and delivery predictability.
