The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's Salesforce platform to ensure its effective utilization across departments. Expertise in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization will play a pivotal role in streamlining our healthcare processes, enhancing customer relationship management, and driving overall business growth. The Senior Salesforce Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, care coordination, marketing, and IT, to identify requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support to maximize the platform's potential.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related activities, including administration, configuration, and maintenance
Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions within Salesforce to ensure proper access controls and data security
Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types
Implement and maintain automation tools, such as workflows, process builders, and approval processes, to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making
Conduct regular data audits and implement data cleansing initiatives to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Collaborate with IT teams and third-party vendors to integrate Salesforce with other business systems, such as marketing automation tools, ERP systems, and customer support platforms
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and assess their impact on existing configurations and processes
Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they have a clear understanding of Salesforce functionality and how to effectively use the platform
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, system errors, and data discrepancies, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction and system uptime
Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance with relevant regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements
Lead and participate in system enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment
Maintain and optimize Salesforce workflows, validation rules, formulas, and page layouts to improve usability and data accuracy
Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying and addressing areas of improvement to optimize user experience and system efficiency
Assist with data migration and data mapping activities during system upgrades or integrations
Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and training material
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Salesforce administration, sharing knowledge and insights with the team
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements and new feature requests. U. Conduct periodic user adoption reviews and implement strategies to increase user engagement and maximize platform utilization
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
Extensive experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably with Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certifications
Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration, including experience with workflows, validation rules, process builders, and custom objects
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and user management
Experience with Salesforce integration using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools
Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and analytics, including report and dashboard creation
Familiarity with data management best practices, such as data cleansing, deduplication, and data migration
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Language & Communication Skills: excellent leadership, management, and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders; must be fluent in both spoken and written English and maintain professionalism in all verbal and written correspondence with both internal and external clients
Decision Making: strong ability to self-manage time to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Computer Skills: able to utilize necessary programs to ensure effective communication, collection of metrics, and proprietary software; including but not limited to: Microsoft product suite, Adobe Suite
Problem Solving: strong analytical and problem-solving skills
