Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to the Quality Assurance Analysts and Engineers.
• Lead status meetings with the development and management teams.
• Resolve issues and challenges associated with a project.
• Develop, publish, implement, and execute test plans.
• Wire and maintain test automation.
• Define and track quality assurance metrics, defect densities, and open defect counts.
• Document Test Approach and set-up initial test bed (Regression test Suite, Test Casts, Performance and Stress Testing support, etc..).

Skills and Experience Required:

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Heavy automation experience
• Content management experience
• Required user interface experience
• QA Lead Background, with client-facing communicaiton skills.

• Knowledge of IBM’s Rational testing suite
